Paola Gozzo graduated on 1998 at the University of Turin.
On 2002 she took a Ph.D. on Private Comparative Law and, later on, a Post-Doc on the harmonization and unification of European Law.
She collaborated with Musy e Associati law firm as legal practitioner.
On 2007 she qualified for Bar’s membership.
On 2005 she stated working as Legal Counsel in some companies operating in Italy and abroad setting up their internal legal office. She progressively advanced into the General Counsel position.
She supports entrepreneurs and managers on evaluating and weighting the legal impact of any decision or company’s course of action in order to anticipate risks and identifying solutions table to mitigate them.
She sustains company’s strategies with legal solutions and taking into account financial aspects.
She drafts and negotiates agreements, writes evaluation reports, monitors legislative accomplishment, coordinates extraordinary corporate transactions and restructuring operations in medium size enterprises.
On 2017 she started to collaborate with LabJus as of Counsel.
