Natalia Ferro (graduate of the University of Turin in 1996, was admitted to the Bar in 1999.
She is member of the Special Register of Attorneys admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and the Superior Courts since 2012).
Natalia Ferro deals within the civil law sector and in particular within labor law, in which she developed a deep knowledge of all the issues related to the management of the employment contracts, providing legal advice and judicial and extrajudicial assistance to the companies.
Since 2003 she has carried out his activity in the law firm of Prof. Paolo Tosi, professor of labour law at the University of Turin. In this law firm she was able to deepen the issues related to the employment relationships and contracts of large privatized companies.
Since 2005 she established with the lawyer Anita De Luca (formerly member of the Law Firm Grande Stevens) the law firm De Luca Ferro, continuing to provide advice and assistance to leading Italian companies in the industrial, credit and radio-television sectors as well as to important non-profit organizations and foundations of the cultural and health sectors.
In the field of labor law, she continued to deal with all issues related to the management of the employment contracts and developed a specific knowledge of the issues related to the employee loyalty agreements, to the liability actions from accidents and occupational diseases, as well as to the sale or lease or transfer of a company.
In the field of civil law she is relevant experienced in contractual and non-contractual liability, especially regarding the defamation matter in the press and media sector.
From 2018 she is continuing her activity in the Law Firm Labjus.
She is a member of the Association of Italian Employment Lawyers (AGI).
