Graduate of the University of Turin in 2002, was admitted to the Bar in 2005.
He obtained the title of PhD in labor law and industrial relations at the Catholic University “Sacro Cuore” in Milan, in 2009, after a period of study at the University of Hamburg as a Visiting Scholar with Prof. Ullrich Zachert. At the University of Turin he was also a Research Fellow in the two-year period 2009/2010 and a lecturer in Labor Law and Trade Union Law.
He worked with the Studio Marco Rossi e Associati from 2008 to 2010 and with the Studio Bausardo-Gili from 2010 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018 he practiced the legal profession on his own Studio. He merges with Labjus in December 2018.
He carries out professional activities in particular in the field of labor law, labor and social security, providing his assistance in the management of the employment relationship, from its genetic moment to its termination, with particular regard to the phenomena of crisis of the company and related work issues.
He collaborates with specialized magazines in the area of labor law, is the author of numerous essays and interventions and speaker at conferences, training and refresher courses for professional orders and training institutes, masters and university seminars.
He is a member of the Association of Italian Employment Lawyers, association of professionals with specialization in labor law, social security and welfare and agency relationships.
