Alessia Petra Beccuti (graduate of the University of Turin in 1999, was admitted to the Bar in 2002).
From 1999 she practised exclusively as a lawyer in the chambers of the lawyer Giuseppe Russo, where she dealt mainly with civil, banking, commercial and bankruptcy law. From 2007 to 2014 she continued her work at the Studio Legale Marco Rossi e Associati, where she continued to work on civil, commercial and corporate law as well as family law.
Since 2014, she has been working at the Associazione Professionale LabJus, of which she is a founder and partner.
She received the Diplôme de Droit Comparé (premier and deuxième cycle) at the Faculté International de Droit Comparé, Robert Schuman, Strasbourg (1995 and 1996) and she graduated from the course "Community Law" run with the support of the European Commission, under the Robert Schuman program of the School of Law in an exchange activity of the University of Turin in 2001, from which she gained international experience in the field of comparative law, an area in which she graduated.
In LabJus she mainly deals with advice and assistance in civil, commercial and corporate law, in both the judicial and extra-judicial spheres, as well as family law (protection pre-litigation of the household comprising marriage or cohabitation, resolution of the crisis of the couple, including de facto separation and divorce for cessation of the civil effects of marriage), the rights of children and status of persons (interdiction, incapacitation, administration support).
