Our expertise in corporate and commercial matters range from assistance of various kinds (such as the drafting of shareholders' agreements, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent - L.O.I., that is to say the preparation and assistance to the signing of business contracts or even the management of disputes prior to the judicial phase), not only related to the ordinary corporate and business activities, but also to the extraordinary transactions (acquisitions and sales of companies, business units, units and shares, mergers and divisions), up to provide comprehensive assistance in the field of litigation, also in the process forward to the specialized Sections for companies.

Company governance and administrative liability of legal persons

The firm has gained significant expertise in corporate governance and administrative responsibility, thanks to which it is able to provide the assistance necessary to adjust the structure and company strategy to the principles and rules of governance required by laws, regulations and international best practices, as well as to assist its customers in finding more efficient forms of internal control.
In this context, in addition to the responsibility for drawing up the Organizational Models required by Legislative Decree 231/2001 on "Regulation of Administrative Liability of Legal Persons, Companies and Associations including those without legal personality", our team is able to take care and implement the establishment of codes of ethics, corporate regulations, organizational communications, system of delegation of authority and powers of attorney.

Ordinary and arbitration litigation, mediation assistance, procedure of assisted negotiation.

LabJus has gained significant experience in judicial and arbitration litigation, taking care of the interests of its clients in civil disputes (corporate, commercial, real rights, obligations and civil liability, family law), labour law (individual dismissals, social security law, and so on), in each level of appeal and it is competent to assist the party also in the process of compulsory or optional mediation.
The Firm is also organized to assist the party in the assisted negotiation, where mandatory or even desired by the other party, for a more rapid formation of the judicial title.

Rights of the family, children and the person, also, where possible, through procedure of assisted negotiation.

Our professionals have extensive experience and competence in family law, for the protection of households based on marriage or coexistence; a particular attention is given both to the pre-litigation and litigation phase, assisting spouses and unmarried couples first in the economic and assets programming of the family and, later, in the management of the crisis, separation and divorce or during dissolution of the de facto cohabitation which has resulted in children.
A particular attention is given to children and their protection.
The Firm is also structured to assist the parties in the procedure of assisted negotiation for the mutually agreed solutions of personal separation, termination of the civil effects or marriage dissolution, amendment of the separation or divorce conditions.
