She has worked with the law firm Marco Rossi e Associati since September 2006, working as an extra-judicial consultant regarding labour law and social security.
Since 2014, she has been working at the Associazione Professionale LabJus, of which she is a founder and partner.
She provides consulting and management in personnel management, managing all aspects of this area, from the moment of establishing labour relations to the phase of termination, with particular attention to the different needs expressed from time to time by clients.
By virtue of her experience, she provides advice at every level in the field of social security law.
She speaks at conferences and university seminars and teaches training and refresher courses for professional bodies and associations in the field of human resource management, labour law, trade union law and social security law.
