Marco Rossi - of counsel
(graduate of the University of Turin in 1981, was admitted to the Bar in 1984).
Marco Rossi has focused predominantly on employment and labour law, developing significant experience on corporate clients.
Having built up his professional experience in employment and labour law, commercial, corporate and publishing law, he founded the partnership Riccardino, Ricci, Rosignano and Rossi in 1997.
This firm merged with the partnership Grande Stevens - Pedersoli in 1998, with offices in Turin and Milan, for whom he worked taking care of the employment and labour law aspects related to the M&A operations.
In January 2003 he became partner in the law firm Tosi e Associati where he further developed his interest in employment and labour law.
In 2006, together with Alessandra Spagnol and Giovanni Luca Serino, he set up the law firm Marco Rossi e Associati.
From 2014 to 2017 he worked in Pedersoli e Associati as of counsel.
Since 2018 his experience as of counsel continues in LabJus.
He is member of the AGI (Italian Association of Employment Lawyers).
He also collaborates with companies, associations and training organizations as a lecturer on aspects of employment law.
